Zilge Chicken

Zilge Chicken

3 lbs boneless chicken breasts
¼ cup soy sauce
½ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup oil
1 tsp dry mustard
1 Tblsp Brown sugar
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic salt
¼ tsp pepper

Simmer marinade for 5 minutes. Cool. Add chicken and place in a freezer bag. Seal label and freeze flat.

Serving Day:
Grill chicken brushing with marinade until done.
